I'm stating the obvious here, but please get to the field ON TIME. That doesn't mean five minutes before kick-off! We had too many players show up five minutes to game time last week. If we want the best chance of winning we need to field our strongest team to start the game.

You might not start if you are on time, but you will definitely not start if you're late.

It would be nice to have a proper team warmup including ALL players, not just the five guys who showed up on time.
